Omni International Hospital prepares to remove a civil lawsuit against Prita Mulyasari. Prita did not have to pay the fine in a civil lawsuit lost on appeal worth Rp 204 million.
"In principle we have studied the draft of the peace from the health department, and we agree. Fill in the draft peace was essentially mutual respect and forgiveness," explained a spokesman for Omni International Hospital Ronald by phone on Wednesday (9/12/2009).
If Prita also agreed, the draft peace will be brought to the High Court. "We are ready to revoke the lawsuit and the release of compensation," he added.
Then the clause of this civil suit will be brought to the District Court to handle criminal consideration, given Prita currently undergoing legal process.
"Prita no reaction, but his lawyer instead come and add a clause to be dropped criminal," he explained.
What about the condition Prita ever served a term in the LP because the complaint RS Tangerang Omni?
"There is no compensation, because in principle from the beginning before the police had offered peace and the time it was negotiating with lawyers Prita, but because there is no meeting point so that these countries continue our laws to the legal process," he explained.
